NORTH CAROLINA SALES TAX OF 11%, PET DEPOSIT ($6.00 per day up to 20lbs and $12.00 per day over 20lbs), AND ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ($10 per day per person)WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AND COLLECTED UPON CHECK IN.


Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

Deposit - All on-line reservations require a one night deposit charged to your credit or debit card after we review your reservation. Nothing is charged to your card until verification of your reservation. You will be re-inbursed the deposit in full if you cancel according to our cancellation policy. No other charges to your card will be added until you arrive, then you will be charged for the remainder of your reservation which will include tax, pet deposit and addition people if applicable.

Cancellation Policy - All reservations must be cancelled via a phone call, 828-926-8750. You must speak to a reservation agent personally. They will give you a cancellation number and your deposit will be refunded to your credit or debit card. You need that cancellation number to receive your deposit. There are no refunds after arrival.

Cancellation - All motel rooms must be cancelled 3 days/72 hours prior to your arrival, on bike rallys or any special event all motel rooms require a 14 day cancellation prior to your arrival.

All cottage cancellations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival.

If you are unsure about your dates being on a bike rally or special event, please feel free to call us and verify.

All Motel Rooms are supplied with mini refrigerator, coffee pot/coffee, microwave, alarm clock, air conditioning, heat, and towels.

Cottages & Mobiles have full kitchens with all the needs for cooking and eating, coffee pot, microwave, extra pillows & blankets, and towels.
